خريطة الأمر العسكري

September 2, 2025: The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission revealed today that the Israeli occupation authorities announced the confiscation of 455.58 dunams of land belonging to the villages of Jit and Farata east of Qalqilya Governorate, and Tell west of Nablus Governorate, under a new declaration labeling the area as “state land”—a designation used by the occupation to seize and confiscate more Palestinian lands.

The new declaration targets the area on which the colonial outpost Havat Gilad was established in 2003 on the lands of Jit, Farata, and Tell villages.

Through this seizure, the occupation authorities aim to “legalize” the status of the outpost established in the area, namely Havat Gilad, which the Israeli government had previously announced its intention to regulate years ago.

With today’s official declaration, the total area seized under the pretext of “state land” since the formation of the far-right government in early 2023 has risen to more than 26,000 dunams, through 13 separate declarations issued under this designation.
