TheColonization and Wall Resistance Commission revealed that the occupation state has seized 750 dunums of citizens' lands in the Tubas and Tulkarm governorates through 4 military orders that were monitored today, aiming to impose new facts on the grounds of security and military purposes.
The first order targeted 7.739 dunums of Beit Lid lands in the Tulkarm governorate, with the aim of establishing a security road connecting the Anab settlement to the main street, through merging with a side street in the area, and the military order bore the number T/71/24.
The second order targeted 732.719 dunums of land in the villages of Bardala and Tayasir in Tubas Governorate, with the aim of reorganizing a military site established in the area, the area indicated in red on the military order map, by canceling a previous order controlling 275 dunums, the area indicated in yellow, and replacing it with the new order that intersects with Road No. 5799, and the military order bore the number T/79/25.
The third order targeted 6.712 dunums of Tubas City lands, with the aim of isolating the lands surrounding the Maskiot settlement, which was built on citizens’ lands in Tubas Governorate, in order to complete the establishment of a buffer zone, and the military order bore the number T/81/24.
The fourth order targeted 2.791 dunums of Tubas City lands, with the aim of establishing a security strip linking the Nahal Petronot outpost, which was built on citizens’ lands in Tubas Governorate, with Road No. 90 in the area, and the military order bore the number T/80/24.
