Sebastia seizure order confiscates a total of 1,300 meters (a dunam and 300 meters of town land) in favor of establishing a military point on the western side of the town, in order to tighten control over the settlement road that leads to the Homesh outpost, to which the settlement process took place in accordance with the Sebastia Amendment Law. This military point also helps secure the entry of settlers to the archaeological area in the town of Sebastia.
