Jenin, May 4, 2023: The governor of Jenin, Maj. Gen. Akram Rajoub, and the head of the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission, Minister Moayad Shaban, visited the villages adjacent to the annexation and apartheid wall, to see their needs.
During which the governor and the minister met with the heads of the villages and activits, and listened to them about the most prominent needs and plans to advance their reality and develop the services provided to the citizens.
Rajoub said: This visit comes to strengthen the steadfastness of the citizens and their consolidation on their land in light of the aspirations of the occupation and settler colonialism, and to see the plans and needs of those bodies, improve their services, build their capabilities and enhance their performance to ensure the preservation of the public interest.
For his part, Shaaban affirmed that the authority is doing its best to meet the needs of the villages adjacent to the wall and to enhance their steadfastness and survival on their land in light of the wall's devouring of vast areas of their lands and its effects on them.
