Usually, the lands are controlled under the name of an expropriation order, but this time a time-limited seizure decision was issued (until the date of 31/12/2027) and after reviewing a set of references and means, it became clear that the occupation army is defrauding the citizens who will object in court against the decision by claiming that the confiscation came for security considerations, but in reality the intended street serves the settlers, specifically the settlements of Shavei Shomron, Kdummim, Yitzhar, Bracha, Itamar and Elon Moreh, which contains extremist settlers, the idea of having Smotrich in the Kedumim settlement is the one who precipitated this particular street
The occupation court does not consider citizens' objections if the army says that the matter is for security considerations, unlike if the confiscation took place under the pretext of expropriation in the interest of the public.
